The 300-unit community is at 6371 Collins Road about 1 mile east of Interstate 295. The per-unit sales price is $163,333.
The buyer is The Kensley Acquisition LLC, which is managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York City.
The seller was Collins Group LLC of Brooklyn, New York, through Kensley Partners LLC.
The community, built in 2004, comprises 17 buildings on 18.8 acres.
It has studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units from 608 to 1,322 square feet. Rents are not shown on the community’s website.
Amenities include a pool, dog park, fitness center, grills and play park.
The Kensley last sold in 2020 for $47 million.
