The city issued a permit April 30 for tenant build-out for a PDS Health dental office next to Starbucks Coffee Co. in Regency Park Shopping Center.

Slate Medical & Dental Construction Services of Hollywood, Florida, is the contractor for the $375,000 project to turn the 3,806-square-foot space into a dental office with 14 exam rooms and other services.

The building is at 9406 Atlantic Blvd., east of Southside Boulevard. PDS Health is in Suite 1 next to Starbucks in Suite 2.
