Savannah Grand of Amelia Island, a senior living center, sold April 30 for $9.13 million.

The property at 1900 Amelia Trace Court in Fernandina Beach was renamed Fellowship Amelia Island.

The buyer was Valdosta, Georgia-based care provider The Fellowship Family, through FSL Amelia LLC.

Coconut Creak-based Senior Living Management Corporation sold the property through SLM Amelia Island LLC.

Fellowship Amelia Island announced the new ownership May 1 on social media.

The facility is The Fellowship’s seventh location offering assisted living and memory care services in Georgia and Florida, according to thefellowshipfamily.com.
