A Taco Bell is being explored for a site off County Road 210 in St. Johns County.
The St. Johns River Water Management District and St. Johns County have received pre-applications to discuss the project. The water management district has not received the supporting documents needed to review it for an environmental resource permit.
The site, east of Interstate 95 is at 1549 County Road 210, is in a fast-growing corridor that includes the Fountains at St. Johns mixed-use development and the master-planned Beachwalk community farther east.
Jacksonville-based GPD Group is listed as the civil engineer.
The property is owned by 210 East LLC, led by managers Reekee Patel and Jonathan Heldenbrand.
Its registered agent is the Peek and Miska law firm of Jacksonville.
According to tacobell.com, St. Johns County has three other Taco Bell locations: at 335 Harper Lane in Saint Johns and at 1820 U.S. 1 South and 2453 Florida 16 in St. Augustine.
