Renovation, restoration and preservation of a historic St. Augustine site and building housing the Saint restaurant.

Size: 10,000 square feet

Cost: $8 million

The Cool Factor

Accented by modern interior touches and a historic exterior, the construction of the new restaurant renovated and preserved the Espinosa-Sanchez House on the site. The building was constructed in the 1700s and restored in 1965 by the St. Augustine Preservation Board.
