Dutch Bros Coffee is looking at expanding its presence in Northeast Florida with another store in St. Johns County.
It would be the 14th shop open or in development in the region, according to Daily Record reports.
The freestanding coffee kiosk chain filed a service availability request with utility provider JEA for a 986-square-foot location off County Road 210 south of The Fountains at St. Johns and 1.5 miles west of the master-planned Beachwalk community.

A JEA application means a project is in consideration, but is not certain.
Z Development Services, of Orlando, is the applicant and civil engineer. County records show the land is owned by 210 East LLC of Jacksonville. Florida Division of Corporations records show the LLC is managed by Reekee Patel, the owner of Shores Liquor.
Shores plans to open a store in the Grand Cypress shopping center in St. Johns County where Winn-Dixie previously operated and an Aldi is planned, Patel said Aug. 25.
The Oregon-founded and Arizona-based Dutch Bros has opened four Northeast Florida stores, with at least nine more in review.
It first opened at 50 McCoy Way in St. Augustine, about a half-mile north of a Publix at the Shoppes at Palencia Commons.
