A two-building shopping center in Yulee’s Wildlight master-planned community sold Sept. 30 for about $9.8 million.

Wildlight Town Center is at 20 and 40 Homegrown Way north of Florida A1A in Nassau County.

Tenants include Anejo Cocina Mexicana, Cold Stone Creamery, Firehouse Subs and Tasty’s Fresh Burgers.

Announced Feb. 3, 2020, the center was Skinner Bros. Realty’s first Wildlight project.

Skinner Bros. sold it through WTC North DGS LC and WTC North SBRC LLC.

Birmingham, Alabama-based investment firm Fairway Investments bought the center through Fairway WTC North LLC.

“Wildlight has been a great project for us since we started getting into it in 2017,” said Chet Skinner, a vice president at Skinner Bros.

“What Rayonier is doing up in Wildlight has been fantastic. To get to see the growth that’s been going on not only just in Wildlight, but also outside of Wildlight and what it has brought to the area is great.

“We believe in Wildlight. We have a great position in Wildlight. The timing was right.”
