A fourth Dutch Bros Coffee site has been identified in St. Johns County.

The county began reviewing plans for a location on Florida 312 off U.S. 1 in St. Augustine, on a vacant portion of the 1.6-acre parcel where a Chase Bank branch opened in June.

The county’s development review committee will discuss the latest St. Augustine Dutch Bros. on Oct. 8.

St. Johns County started reviewing plans for another Dutch Bros at Florida 16 and Green Acres Road on Aug. 27.

In addition, the Dutch Bros website lists a location as coming soon at 4640 Race Track Road at Shops at Race Track Rd.

The first St. Johns County location opened in August 2024 at 50 McCoy Way in St. Augustine, about a half-mile north of a Publix at the Shoppes at Palencia Commons.

The Oregon-based chain features kiosks with double drive-thrus and no indoor or outdoor seating. Winter Park-based Coltrane Real Estate Investments LLC is listed as the landowner, and Z Development Services of Orlando is the civil engineer.

Three have opened in Jacksonville at 5733 Roosevelt Blvd. near Winn-Dixie in West Jacksonville; 7720 Argyle Forest Blvd. in Southwest Jacksonville; and 10913 Baymeadows Road in the Winn-Dixie-anchored Point Meadows center west of I-295.

Besides specialty coffee, Dutch Bros. sells its Rebel energy drink and Nitro Cold Brew coffee, along with teas, lemonades, smoothies and its signature Dutch sodas.

Founded in 1992, the chain says it had 1,043 locations across 19 states as of June 30, 2025.
