NAI Hallmark announced Aug. 10 that it has closed the $5.4 million sale of 8311 Cypress Plaza Drive, a 42,708-square-foot office property on 5.26 acres in Jacksonville’s Butler-Baymeadows corridor.
NAI Hallmark executives Daniel Burkhardt, an investment sales partner, and Keith Goldfaden, an owner and chief strategy officer, represented the seller, Cypress Jack LLC, in the sale to Jacksonville investor Avi Zaguri.
The deed recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Court shows the sale closed Aug. 6 to 9512 Sunbeam Center LLC, led by Zaguri and Perfume 4 You Ltd.
The building, developed in 2004, is in Cypress Business Center in South Jacksonville with direct access to U.S. 1 and near the Interstate 95 and Butler Boulevard interchange.
