A 165,880-square-foot warehouse in Westlake Industrial Park in West Jacksonville sold Dec. 30 for $20 million.
The warehouse is at 3750 Cisco Drive W. between Presidents Court and Pritchard Road, about 6 miles west of Interstate 295.
Becknell Industrial Real Estate Development of Indianapolis sold the property through Pritchard Road Florida Becknell Investors II LLC.
It was bought by EQT, an investment firm from Radnor, Pennsylvania, through Exeter 3750 Cisco LLC.
Becknell Services built the warehouse on 12.63 acres for $7 million in 2022 as a speculative project.
The Daily Record reported in 2022 that iRocker, a sports and lifestyle company, and Boxout, a distributor of health and wellness products, were leasing space in the building.
The land was purchased in 2029 for $748,200.
