In this role, Roberson will deliver a client-focused approach to risk management, business insurance, and employee benefits, advising C-suite executives, boards of directors, and business owners on strategies to protect and grow their organizations. He will work closely with clients to identify emerging risks, strengthen organizational resilience, and develop solutions that align with their long-term business objectives.
Roberson brings more than 25 years of experience in client development, relationship management, and financial advisory services. Prior to joining Marsh, he held roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, UBS Financial Services, and Morgan Stanley, where he supported senior leaders in navigating complex financial and risk management challenges. Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships with clients by helping them evaluate opportunities, manage uncertainty, and make informed decisions in dynamic business environments.
His experience across healthcare, financial services, and wealth management enables him to provide a broad perspective on the evolving challenges organizations face today, from workforce planning and employee benefits to risk mitigation and strategic growth initiatives.
