Beth Clark (center) was named Coldwell Banker Premier Properties World Golf Village’s top listing agent, with more than $5 million in closed business in 2014. Clark also received Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Award at a February awards luncheon at the Renaissance Hotel’s Villagiao Italian Grill.
