Lennar treated VIP guests to wine and tapas at an October Realtor event at the company’s model at Oakridge Landing. Lennar and Richmond American Homes are building in the new community, located in northwest St. Johns County. Also within the last two months, Lennar held a grand opening of its Longleaf community on the Westside and re-launched at Yellow Bluff on the Northside.
