Realtors got a sneak peak of The Villas at Nocatee, a new subdivision by Standard Pacific Homes, at a luncheon in June. The 90-unit gated community will be targeted toward empty nesters, said site agent Ron Dunn. Single-floor homes will start at 2,000 square feet. Prices begin in the mid-$200,000s. Amenities and models will be ready in August or September.
