River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville is the site for a new Outback Steakhouse and a new Carrabba's Italian Grill. The City approved construction permits Thursday for Venture Construction co. to build the $375,000 Carrabba's at 791 Skymarks Drive and the $325,000 Outback at 795 Skymarks Drive.
