Golden Corral is renovating its Mandarin restaurant at 11470 San Jose Blvd. A building permit application shows Golden Corral Development Corp. will renovate the Golden Corral Buffet & Grill with an interior remodel and image upgrade that includes revised seating, new and revised food bars, revised cooking areas, upgraded finishes and additional lighting as needed. The cost is shown as $75,000.
