• Restore Jacksonville and ULI North Florida will present a breakfast program about “Downtown Revitalization, the Economic Benefits of Historic Preservation and the Link to Sustainability” from 7:30-9:30 a.m. May 4 at the Main Library Downtown. The speaker will be economic development consultant Donovan Rypkema. Rypkema is principal of PlaceEconomics, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate and economic development-consulting firm that specializes in services to public and non-profit sector clients who are dealing with downtown and neighborhood commercial district revitalization.
