• Stratford Land, a Dallas-based land investment management company, opened a Jacksonville office along Gate Parkway North and named Ryland Lucie to lead the office. Stratford Land intends to purchase and lend on properties throughout Florida. As director of investments for Florida, Lucie is responsible for land acquisitions and also represents Stratford Land’s lending division.
