Talk about loyal fans! Stephanie Neal, 31, Chris Draper, 51, and Dominique Novak, 23, arrived at 6 a.m. to begin tailgating for Friday’s Kenny Chesney concert at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. The women set up an entire beach equipped with cold beer, lawn chairs, umbrellas, sand, a small pool, and of course, Kenny Chesney tunes. The women purchased their tickets months in advance, and it’s a good thing because as of 12:30 p.m. Friday, only 30 tickets were left.
