Linda Whipple, a senior paralegal at Spohrer, Wilner, Maxwell & Matthews, has been named “Outstanding Member of the Year” by the Northeast Florida Paralegal Association (NEFPA). Whipple, NEFPA’s first vice president, organized a mock trial at the U.S. Courthouse at Jacksonville that involved local attorneys and federal judges.
