The Downtown Kiwanis Club of Jacksonville presented its Service Leadership Scholarships during a luncheon meeting Monday. The group, which sponsors Key Clubs at Bishop Kenny, Episcopal and Mandarin high schools and at the A. Philip Randolph Academy, honored five Key Club students with $1,000 scholarships.
