U.S. Rep. Ander Crenshaw was welcomed by Rotary Club of Jacksonville President Cindy Stover at the club’s meeting Monday. Crenshaw was there to ask for a moment of silence to recognize his colleague, U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was critically wounded by a gunman Saturday in Tucson, Ariz.
