Action Cargo building-out in Tradeport

The company provides maritime cargo transportation services.

Action Cargo Transport LLC is building-out 48,100 square feet of space at 1594 Transport Court, No. 102, in North Jacksonville.

Haskew Company is the contractor for the $345,738 project.

Plans show Action Cargo will lease 48,140 square feet of warehouse space and a 3,860-square-foot office. 

Action Cargo Transport, based in Puerto Rico, leases nearby at 13291 Vantage Way, Suite 102, in the TDC II building.

It provides maritime cargo transportation services.

 The lease fills up the International DC 5 building at 1594 Transport Court. 

XPO Logistics Inc., a global logistics provider of supply chain solutions, occupies 41,600 square feet in International DC 5.

Dallas-based Jackson-Shaw developed the 200,000-square-foot International DC 1 at 1750 Airport Road and the 93,600-square-foot International DC 5 at 1594 Transport Court.

Tire distributor Priority Tire leases about 100,000 square feet in International DC 1. It relocated from DC 5 and just about doubled in size.

Mygrant Glass, a family-owned auto glass wholesaler, occupies 60,000 square feet in International DC 1.

 Jackson-Shaw said about 40,000 square feet is available for lease in International DC 1.

Tyler Newman, senior director at Cushman Wakefield, represents the structures.

The Jackson-Shaw buildings are in Jacksonville International Tradeport, which is near Jacksonville International Airport.
