The Ferber Co. wants to start construction on Brooklyn Place, a two-building, 11,451-square-foot retail center at 10 and 50 Riverside Ave.
Plans show a 4,408-square-foot building and a three-tenant, 7,043-square-foot building on 1.5 acres.
The property is in the Brooklyn neighborhood next to Brooklyn Station on Riverside.
No contractor is listed for the $1.75 million project.
England-Thims & Miller Inc. is listed as the engineer, with FWH Architects Inc. as the architect.
A previous project summary said the project will comprise restaurant and retail space.
