Cape House Apartments on Hodges Boulevard has a new owner.
Breit Olympus MF Mirador LLC, has acquired the 480-unit complex at 4460 Hodges Blvd. for $67.9 million, or $141,458 per unit.
The seller was WW Cape House LLC.
The community was built in 1998 and occupies 35 acres. It offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans from 870 square feet to 1,561 square feet.
Amenities include resort-style pools, fitness, lake resort views, internet cafe and business center, dog park and sport courts. Access is gated.
Representatives of the buyer were unavailable for comment.
