Gary Marcy has joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group as senior vice president, the Jacksonville-based company announced in a June 2 news release.
Marcy came to Newmark Phoenix from CBRE, where he also served as senior vice president. According to the release, he has completed more than 1,000 transactions nationwide and has more than 35 years of experience in industrial sales and leasing, tenant representation, build-to-suit development and investment sales across Northeast Florida.
“Gary’s experience, reputation, and understanding of Jacksonville’s industrial landscape make him an outstanding addition to our organization,” said John Richardson, president of Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, in the release. “His strategic insight, unwavering commitment to clients, and proven record of success embody the standard of excellence that defines Newmark Phoenix Realty Group.”
Marcy said he would focus on “expanding the relationships that I have cultivated across the industry as I step into this next chapter.
