  • Hertz Jacksonville One LLC, 50 N. Laura St., contractor is Marand Builders Inc., renovation, $1 million.

Restaurants

  • The Club JAX, 2400 Yankee Clipper Drive, contractor is Auld & White Constructors LLC, 3,624 square feet, tenant build-out, $1 million.

Roofing

  • JFRD Holdings LLC, 1444 Naldo Ave., contractor is Stonebridge Construction Services LLC, roof replacement, $18,000.

Signs

  • Family Dollar, 4594 Sunbeam Road, contractor is Clear View Signs Inc., three permits for wall, awning and monument signs, $36,000.
  • Arena Amusement, 2034 Edgewood Ave. W., contractor is Advanced Electrical Contractors Inc., ground sign, $6,000.
  • Ulta Beauty, 4397 Roosevelt Blvd., contractor is Kenco Sign and Awning LLC, six permits for wall and awning signs, $5,400.
