Burlington, Five Below and Jana Japanese Steakhouse are among 11 new tenants announced Tuesday for The Pavilion at Durbin Park, the shopping center under development in northern St. Johns County.

Also coming are Asian Fusion, AT&T, CareSpot Urgent Care, Dollar Tree, Hair Cuttery, Heartland Dental, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Mattress Firm and T-Mobile.

The project’s partners, Gate Petroleum Co. and Gatlin Development Co., said that 80 percent of the development’s 650,000-square feet of commercial space has been leased.

The businesses are part of the first phase of the shopping center at Race Track Road and the recently completed State Road 9B extension.

Gate and Gatlin announced 17 tenants in February that included Walmart, Home Depot and several restaurants and services.

Restaurants include Tropical Smoothie, Salsas Mexican Restaurant, Smoothie King, Kazu Sushi, Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, Your Pie and Firehouse Subs.

Services include Lee Nails, Great Clips, Korial Cleaners, Baptist Primary Care, Verizon, Sprint and Chase Bank.

Gate also is building a convenience store and car wash that will open this winter.

A 12-screen Cinemark movie theater was announced this month.

Walmart is scheduled to open Nov. 7, according to a company spokesperson.

Opening dates for the other stores have not been released.

Durbin Park will be built over 1,600 acres in four phases, with up to 2.4 million square feet of retail spaces entitled for the development.

Bass Pro Shops has been announced as the anchor for the second phase of the project.

The project will also include hotels, office space and multifamily residential units.

Gate and Gatlin partnered with The Shopping Center Group to be the project's leasing agent.
