Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida lobbyist Mike Hightower was unanimously elected Duval County Republican Party chair Monday night. Gary Dickinson will serve as first vice chair. Also, mayor’s office staffer Kristen Key, business owner Jay Jabour and Rachel Kaltenbach from The McCormick Agency were part of what was described as “one of the largest new classes” ever inducted.
