Alexandria Hill is a new shareholder in the business and tax department at the Rogers Towers law firm.

Hill previously was general counsel at Maple Street Biscuit Co., guiding the company’s expansion and franchising.

When Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores acquired Maple Street in 2019, she moved to Cracker Barrel’s headquarters in Nashville and continued to serve in the role of chief operating officer of Maple Street.

After her contractual commitment was fulfilled, Hill returned to Jacksonville.

Angelo Patacca Jr. also is a new shareholder, practicing in the firm’s litigation department.

Patacca is board certified in civil trial law by The Florida Bar and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
