Legal notes: Harris' new firm will offer free clinics

Share

Attorney Paola Parra Harris has started her own family law practice where part of her work will be to offer free quarterly legal clinics.

She will work with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Catholic Charities of Jacksonville and the Hispanic ministry of the Diocese of St. Augustine to promote the free legal service.

She said the firm’s “north star” is a question asked by Martin Luther King Jr.: “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”

Harris previously practiced at Harris Guidi where her husband, Robert, is a founding partner.

Her new firm is at 6810 St. Augustine Road.

She is a graduate of the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law.
