Panera build-out in review at OakLeaf Town Center

The restaurant includes a double drive-thru.

The city is reviewing a permit application for tenant build-out for Panera Bread at 9711 Applecross Road in OakLeaf Town Center at an estimated cost of $750,000. 

The 3,937-square-foot restaurant includes a double drive-thru. There also is patio seating.

It is called prototype new construction. Core States Group of St. Louis is the architect. 

The city issued a permit Aug. 16 for Ladson Construction Co to build the restaurant at a cost of $716,853 on 1.54 acres.
