• The I.M. Sulzbacher Center will begin its “To All a Good Night” campaign Tuesday with the unveiling of the billboard and a scholarship presentation to the winner of the holiday card contest, Jermall Collins. The campaign is part of the center’s challenge to the community to sponsor 16,000 nights of shelter by purchasing a holiday card for $11 to donate a night of shelter in someone’s honor.

• G.H. Stenner & Co., Inc. has hired BroadBased Communication, Inc. to produce a comprehensive international marketing and corporate identity campaign. Stenner manufactures chemical feeder pumps that are used by water treatment professionals worldwide.

• The Police Athletic League will hold its annual Cheerleading Competition today at 7 p.m. at the PAL Gymnasium. The competition is free and open to the public. For information, call 355-3308.

• The City’s Office of Volunteer Services — in conjunction with the Florida Georgia Blood Alliance — is hosting a blood drive today in Hemming Plaza from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

• The Jacksonville Light Parade is scheduled for Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. on the St. Johns River in downtown. The parade is open to powerboats and sailboats. There is no limitation on size and no entry fee, but the parade is limited to 100 vessels. For information about registering, call 630-3690.

• Historic Springfield’s Victorian Holiday Tour of Homes is scheduled for Dec. 7 and 8 from 6-9 p.m. Guided tours depart every 15 minutes from the Solomon Lodge. Tickets are $15 in advance, $17 at the door. For information, call 355-5012 or 633-9308.

• Mayor John Delaney will hold a town hall meeting Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. at the Enterprise Learning Academy, 8085 Old Middleburg Rd. The mayor will answer questions and address concerns residents may have.

• The Florida Theatre will host a performance of the Bayanihan Philippine National Dance Company Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. Bayanihan, officially designated as the National Folk Dance Company of the Philippines, is now in its 43rd year of touring. For ticket information, call 355-2787.

• Roslynn Ferguson, Laura Jacobs and David Rubinstein have joined the law firm of Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. Ferguson and Rubinstein will work in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, while Jacobs will be in the Tallahassee office.
