Restaurant notes:  Chipotle building out in OakLeaf; Panda Express in review at Atlantic North Shopping Center

 Chipotle Mexican Grill intends to build-out a 2,502-square-foot restaurant in OakLeaf Town Center at 9671 Argyle Forest Blvd. at an estimated cost of $215,000.

Restaurant notes

Panda Express is in city review for an Atlantic North Shopping Center building at 11929 Atlantic Blvd. The 2,252-square-foot structure is listed at a construction cost of $451,019.

Burrito Gallery is preparing to build-out its restaurant interior in Gateway Village at Town Center at 5016 Gate Parkway at a cost of $500,000.

McDonald’s Corp. received city permits to rebuild its Mandarin restaurant at 11682 San Jose Blvd. Stansell Properties & Development LLC is the contractor for the 3,745-square-foot building and a dumpster enclosure at a cost of $805,000. The existing McDonald’s was approved for demolition.

Marco’s Pizza is OK’d for interior construction in the Windsor Commons shopping center at 4765 Hodges Blvd. Ticon Commercial Inc. is the contractor for the $205,000 build-out of 1,789 square feet.

Rosati’s Authentic Chicago Pizza is building-out at 7051 Collins Road, No. 402, in Collins Plaza. The Malle Co. Inc. is the contractor of the 1,130-square-foot project at a cost of $337,075. Rosati’s is based near Chicago. Kathleen Davidson, a customer care representative, said the company did not have an opening date.
