The city is reviewing a plan for Chipotle Mexican Grill to build-out 2,425-square-feet of space at 5801 Beach Blvd. in Boulevard Crossing at an estimated cost of $300,000.
The 62-seat location will comprise 42 interior and 20 patio seats at northwest Beach and University boulevards.
The city is reviewing plans to remodel the lobby and interior service line at the Dunkin’ at 1084 Airport Road near Jacksonville International Airport at a cost of $100,000.
The city issued a permit May 17 for a $150,000 upgrade at McDonald’s at 8570 Argyle Forest Blvd.
The interior work includes a new menu board wall, a new modular front counter, updated McCafe finishes and more modifications for the front counter.
