Culver’s to St. Augustine: St. Johns County approved a permit for construction of Culver’s restaurant at 3433 U.S. 1 S. in St. Augustine at a cost of $1.7 million.
It’s a 4,550-square-foot project.
The city approved a permit for Styles Smith Plumbing Inc. to build-out the 4,800-square-foot Cantina Louie Mexican Street Food at 1040 Hospitality Lane in the Shoppes at Monument center at a cost of $325,685.
Owner Benjamin Porter said previously he estimated opening this fall.
The city is reviewing plans for a permit application for Chipotle Mexican Grill in Roosevelt Square at 4495 Roosevelt Blvd., No. 611.
No contractor is identified for the $210,000 project.
Chipotle’s website shows 11 locations in Northeast Florida.
