Restaurant Notes: KFC planned at Oakleaf Corner; Panera in review at Oakleaf Town Center

The city is reviewing a permit for KFC to build a 2,200-square-foot restaurant on the 1.22-acre Outparcel 3 at 8227 Old Middleburg Road in Oakleaf Corner at a cost of $220,000.

Panera in review at Oakleaf Town Center

The city is reviewing a permit application for the shell structure for Panera at 9725 Applecross Road in Oakleaf Town Center at a cost of almost $717,000.

The almost 4,000-square-foot restaurant is planned on 1.54 acres.

Chick-fil-A expanding on Philips Highway

The city is reviewing a permit application for Chick-fil-A Inc. to expand its kitchen, drive-thru and ordering lanes at 7147 Philips Highway, near Butler Boulevard, at an estimated cost of $850,000.
