St. Johns County is reviewing a development plan for Texas Roadhouse to build a 7,831-square-foot restaurant on 2.06 acres at 494 Outlet Mall Blvd. on 2.06 acres.
The site is an outparcel at the St. Augustine Outlets property that developer Lightstone intends to redevelop at 470-500 Outlet Mall Blvd. off Interstate 95.
JEA received a service availability request for a prototypical Whataburger at 8325 Southside Blvd.
The vacant 1-acre site is at southeast Southside Boulevard and Baymeadows Road.
The fast-food restaurant would be 3,000 square feet.
