No contractor is specified for the $265,000 tenant finishes of 2,527 square feet of space.

Goodwill plans OakLeaf Station store

Goodwill Industries of North Florida wants to develop a 16,445-square-foot building in OakLeaf Station at 8396 Merchants Way in Southwest Jacksonville.

Dominion Engineering Group is the civil engineer. Sleiman Enterprises is developing the OakLeaf Station shopping center.

The Goodwill center is planned near Lucky’s Market and Epic Theatres. Karen Phillips, chief operating officer of Goodwill Industries of North Florida, said the development will be a store with a drive-thru donation center.
