SS&C Technologies expanded at Gramercy Woods Building 700

The company expands into almost 107,000 square feet of space.

Colliers International Northeast Florida announced Tuesday it facilitated a lease for 106,957 square feet of space in Gramercy Woods, Building 700, for an expansion of SS&C Technologies Inc.

The long-term deal, executed April 19, will expand SS&C’s current lease from 73,005 square feet and takes Building 700 to full occupancy. SS&C Technologies has been a tenant there since 2017.

Chuck Diebel, Wade Powers, Matt Entriken and Bob Selton of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the landlord, Glenfield Capital LLC, in the transaction.

Leon Manoff of Colliers International New York and Guy Preston of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented SS&C Technologies Inc.

Gramercy Woods is at 9000 Southside Blvd. Atlanta-based Glenfield Capital bought Building 700 and five more from Gramercy Property Trust on April 17 for $53 million.

The portfolio comprises two office buildings, two parking garages, a Bright Horizons child care and preschool center and a vacant 22,000-square-foot building. Glenfield Capital plans to make enhancements to the properties.

Colliers will continue to handle leasing for the property.
