The city approved construction plans for a three-story self-storage center at 5017 Bowden Road next to the Wawa Inc. development at the corner of Philips Highway and Bowden Road.

Oden Hardy Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $5.8 million project, which is a 101,418-square-foot climate-controlled center on 1.78 acres.
