• United Way of Northeast Florida has named Wendy Hummel graphics and web design manager and Jay Mooney special events and media relations manager. Mooney will be responsible for special events, the mid-term campaign report rally and the Honor Rows program in conjunction with the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation.
