Time: Kickoff 4:15 p.m.

Tickets: As of Wednesday moring 541 tickets needed to be sold to avoid a local blackout.

Weather: Partly cloudy with temperatures in the mid 70s.

Oddsmakers say: The game is off the board.

Daily Record’s fearless forecast: Ravens 24, Jaguars 9.

Records: Jaguars 3-6, Ravens 6-4

The series: The Jaguars hold a 8-3 advantage in regular season games over the Ravens and are 4-1 against them at home. The Jaguars have lost the last three meetings.

Last meeting: Jacksonville looked competitive last month in Baltimore after losing three straight games. However, a double-digit lead disintegrated in the fourth quarter and the Jaguars eventually succumbed 18-17, extending their losing streak to four.

Television: The game will be televised locally on Ch. 4, if there is no blackouts and regionally on CBS affiliates. Gus Johnson will call play-by-play with Brent Jones adding analysis.

Pregame: Bob “Skeeter” Robie will be honored in the Visa Hall of Fans. Robie has been a Jaguars fan since 1993 and is a founder and president of the “Jaguars 1st” fan club. A loyal fan, he creates banners and signs and goes to the stadium or the airport to see the team off before road trips.

Graffiti Tribe will sing the National Anthem. You may have heard this quartet at Hemming Plaza’s Downtown Live this fall. They have performed at hundreds of colleges around the world and have appeared on the Jerry Lewis Telethon.

Halftime: The passing portion of the Jacksonville Jaguars Punt, Pass and Kick competition will be held with the winners of the event eligible to compete in the national finals during a playoff game at the end of the season. Local participants include Mary Ann Jaghab, Christina Jimenez, Mary Kate Morency and Laurenzo Lafavor of Jacksonville and Brandon Wesley of Ponte Vedra Beach.

The game: The Jaguars’ run of eight straight wins against the Ravens franchise came to a halt last year. With Jonathan Quinn shaping up to be the starting quarterback Sunday in place of Mark Brunell, it doesn’t look good for win number nine. Couple that with key injuries on the Jaguars offense, including running back Fred Taylor, tight end Damon Jones and tackle Tony Boselli, and the Ravens’ defense could have a watershed day. On the other hand, Baltimore’s offense under quarterback Elvis Grbac is in shambles. There’s no running game, and Grbac has thrown more interceptions than touchdown passes.

Next week: It’s a prime-time duel next Monday as the Green Bay Packers come to town for the first time since 1995. Kickoff is 9:10 p.m.
