Russell Healey was sworn in as the newest County Court judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit during a ceremony last week at the Duval County Courthouse. He was a partner at Mahon & Associates for 14 years before being appointed to the bench.A reception at the Adam’s Mark Hotel followed the ceremony.
