“I started as a loan officer about 25 years ago in New Jersey and kind of grew through the ranks.”

“Working with people and helping them towards their goal of home ownership.”

He was with PNC Mortgage Corporation for seven years before the company was acquired by Washington Mutual.
BEFORE LENDING?
He was a sales manager in the packaging industry and before that he was a professional baseball player. His career ended because of an arm injury.

Washington Mutual has two offices, one on San Jose Boulevard and a new office on Marsh Landing Parkway in Jacksonville Beach.

“We are the largest portfolio lender in the United States, which includes adjustable rate mortgage, all government lending and a large menu of fixed rate products.”

“We have an active advertising campaign both on a local and national level and very high visibility in local real estate business organizations.”

He is very involved in auto racing — he has two Porsches — and he plays a lot of golf.

His favorite movie is “The Great Escape” and a recent book he has read and would recommend is “The Summons” by John Grisham. When traveling, he enjoys Hawaii and when dining out, his choice is Mezza Luna Vagabondo Ristorante in Neptune Beach. When relaxing at home, he enjoys “CSI.”
