Despite a few setbacks, Martin and Virginia Readion slowly but surely plan to open The London Bridge English Pub and Eatery at 100 E. Adams St. If all goes well, they hope to open June 22, replete with food, ale, ribbon cutting ceremony, bagpipes, band and karaoke.
