Wednesday marked the declaration of mayoral proclamations at City Hall by Mayor John Delaney. The proclamations are given to different groups for having a positive impact on the community. Volunteer Jacksonville, the Cadet Nurse Corps, the Mayor’s Victim Assistance Advisory Council, The Jacksonville Bar Association, Dr. Willise Riche and Getaway Sams were among those recognized.
