As part of the Law Week celebration, Mayor John Delaney presented a proclamation to the Jacksonville Bar Association last week, recognizing the positive impact the organization has on the community. Caroline Emery, Joel Toomey, Law Week Chair, JBA president Bill Joel, Chief Judge Donald Moran and JBA executive director Diane Gill were present to accept the proclamation from Mayor Delaney.
