What an exciting and challenging year this has been. Being president of any organization is always a challenge and the exciting part depends on ones perspective. Our chapter has grown with new members all year. The speakers have added value to each meeting and the events we held were outstanding successes. Our First Tee golf tournament was such a success we were proud to donate $2,000.00 to the First Tee of St. Johns County. The up coming 4th Annual Holiday High Tea will be the last event of my year and we should once again make a nice donation to the Empty Stocking Fund. Getting to know the wonderful people in this rewarding profession has been one of the highlights of my year. When asked to lead the chapter as President, one of my concerns was how the time it takes to lead an organization would affect my business. I am happy to tell you this has been the best year production wise I have had in our wonderful and rewarding profession. The Realtors and Affilates I have met here in St. Augustine has also broadened. WCR has given me an opportunity to develop my networking and speaking skills, and travel to cities I otherwise would probably not have gone to. WCR has the best and the brightest members and I am proud to have the opportunity to lead our Chapter through a fun filled 2003 and into 2004. I would like to thank each and every member that gave their time when asked. With out everyone of you it would not have been such a successful year, but because of you it has been FABULOUS! Thank you and see you all next year...I promise.
