“Blueprint for Leadership helps to prepare people in the community to become solid board members for non-profit agencies,” Volunteer Jacksonville president and Blue Cross/Blue Shield officer Kathy Orr told those attending Volunteer Jacksonville’s Blueprint for Leadership luncheon Wednesday. Orr shared the three qualities a good leader needs: having a head for decision-making, the hands to assist agencies with programming and fundraising and the heart to uphold the agency’s mission.
